Magnet

Magnet

As the name suggests, a magnet is a piece of auxiliary equipment that attracts metal and metallic parts, thereby preventing them from causing damage to the system.

A large proportion of the machinery used in flour mills operates at high speeds.

Metal and metallic parts, such as screws, that break off from the natural environments where wheat is sourced or during operation in other machines can enter our operating machinery and systems, causing damage.

The magnet helps catch these parts before they enter our machines and systems.

Applications
A-) Wheat brush inlets
B-) The openings of the waltzes (especially the B1 waltz)
C) They can be placed at the inlets of semolina crushers.
Note: Manufacturing is available upon request for any tonnage.
