Bran Finisher
FEATURES
It is used to separate flour particles that have adhered to the bran. This helps increase the efficiency of flour mills.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The product enters the rapidly rotating rotor. The blades on the rotor cause the flour particles within the bran to be ejected by rapidly striking the machine’s body, the sieve, and the rotor itself. This process is repeated continuously. Meanwhile, as the flour moves forward, flour particles are ejected through the sieve. The flow of the bran is restricted along the rotor, thereby increasing the screening efficiency. If desired, an aspiration connection can also be installed on the machine.
