Elevator

The elevator head is manufactured in two parts for easy removal. All connections on the elevator are bolted and can be easily disassembled when necessary.

Upper section: Consists of a pulley, pulley shaft, bearings, and bearing housings, as well as the motor base. The product outlet is located on the upper section. Lower section: Includes a pulley, pulley shaft, bearings, and bearing housings, as well as the product inlet and cleaning covers. The belt tensioning system is also located on the lower section.

Elevator belts are manufactured from PVC in black and gray. Different types of belts can be used depending on the characteristics of the product being transported. Elevator buckets are manufactured using either press-welded or standard welded construction, depending on their dimensions.

The bucket must be selected according to the characteristics of the material to be conveyed. The elevator pipes are manufactured from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm sheet metal using a press-forming process. One elevator pipe is designed to be removable for attaching the bucket.

The gearmotor is selected based on the elevator’s capacity and height. The adjustable motor mount located at the top allows the gearmotor to be connected to the elevator via a chain coupling. Depending on requirements, either a non-return bearing or a braked gearmotor can be used.
