Hammer Mill
INTENDED USE
Hammer mills are used in the feed industry, corn milling plants, and certain other food industries. The particle size must not exceed 50 mm, the density must be between 0.2 and 0.8 kg/dm³, and the moisture content must not exceed 16%.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND CONSTRUCTION
The material to be ground is fed into the grinding chamber on a regular basis. It is advisable to install a magnet at the feed inlet. The material is ground by hammers in accordance with the screen size installed at the machine’s outlet. If there is no pneumatic suction at the system’s outlet, an aspiration system must be installed at the top inlet to prevent dusting.
The machine’s main body and motor mount are manufactured using high-strength, thick material. The screen covers are designed to allow for easy replacement of the screen and blades. Rubber mounts are installed under the chassis to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the ground.
